CURRENTLY POSTING ON: Mondays and Wednesdays

I can promise you that all Stranger London items will leave me double checked then lovingly and practically wrapped for their journey to you.

Postage costs and times:
Everything in the shop is made or found, photographed, uploaded, described, packed and sent out by me. Mostly done while my baby is sleeping or distracted. I am usually able to send out your order within a couple of days but these can vary from time to time. If you are in a hurry - please do email me and I will do my best! please allow 28 working days from the postage date to allow for the unforeseeable nature of the postal service.
Postage & Packaging costs are calculated per package and not per item. I do not make any profit from postage and the cost set by Royal Mail's current prices. Currently the price to UK addresses is £4.00 via 2nd class Signed For post and £9.00 to International addresses via registered Airmail.

I will email with your tracking number and to let you know when your package is on its way.

Payment information:
I accept most major credit cards and debit cards via PayPal as well as all other forms of Paypal payment.

It is possible to pay with your credit/debit card through Paypal without setting up an account. Just follow the instructions during checkout.

Returns policy:
As everything is handmade to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless I have grossly misrepresented the item(s) in question.
If an item is broken in transit please contact me immediately to resolve the problem.
If an item breaks through normal wear and tear within 4 weeks of your purchase I will happily fix or replace it for you free of charge on receipt of the original item.
If an item breaks after this time or through accident/misuse I will repair or replace it for you for an appropriate fee.
In the event of a return or exchange I regret that I will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
